No investment capital required

All property arrangements, including bespoke buildings are based on tenancy agreements so tenants may direct investment into their core business.

Once you’ve approved the design, our team will secure the detailed planning consent and then construct your new facility with very quick build times.

Stand alone facilities are available from 15,000 sq ft upwards with a range of fit-out options. Typical delivery timing is 12-18 months, but we can offer bridging accommodation during new build. Bespoke buildings are offered on longer lease agreements.

Finalise specification

Your building is created as both a CGI and model that can be viewed in virtual reality, to help you visualise your new facility.

Visualisation

Once plans and designs have been approved then the agreement for lease is signed.

Because of MIRA Technology Park's Enterprise Zone status, the planning process is dramatically sped up.

Lease agreement

Once the lease documents have been signed, our on-site property development team and their preferred contractors begin construction on site.
