The control centre is the first new MIRA Technology Park building opened.
The first new building was officially opened by Business Secretary Rt Hon Dr Vince Cable on the 5th November 2012 and marking the start of new growth.
Lord Heseltine visits MIRA Technology Park.

Funding is secured for an on-site infrastructure upgrade.
MIRA Technology Park secures £7.4 m investment allowing the advancement of key infrastructure development including utilities, major roads, utilities, cycle ways and footpaths.
High demand leads to Enterprise Zone Extension granted by an Act of parliament.
Chancellor George Osborne announces that MIRA Technology Park is "...one of the most successful Enterprise Zones in the Country... having grown over 40% since 2010...and we will extend the enterprise zone".
On-site Phase 1 infrastructure completed.
Government Minister Marcus Jones MP opened new infrastructure by breaking a ribbon with an Aston Martin Vanquish Volante. Many vehicles were on display ranging from a Mercedes Formula 1 car through to defence vehicles with each one having a development connection with MIRA.
Technology Centre NW03 is completed.
At over 27,000 sq ft this is the second largest new building to be completed. Although commenced as a speculative development it was fully occupied on completion and construction continues on four new buldings in 2017.
