MIRA Technology Park was awarded Enterprise Zone status in August 2011 by the UK government and is the only transport sector focused Enterprise Zone in the UK.

Enterprise Zones remove barriers to private sector growth by cutting business taxes, easing planning restrictions and giving businesses the tools they need to invest and expand.

This brings many benefits to MIRA Technology Park clients. Currently these include exemption from business rates, simplified planning regulations, facilitation and expedited approval process.

From MIRA Technology Park to anywhere at all

MIRA Technology Park is well served by convenient road, rail and air connectivity. Birmingham is only 30 minutes by road, and the city’s extended airport provides routes to all international destinations including the West Coast of America and the Far East. London is less than a 60-minute train journey away.
